Swarovski Brand Control
Swarovski wishes to protect its individual brand character and avoid confusion in the marketplace as to the
nature and branding of products. Therefore, all customers must accept, that the purchase of Swarovski
crystal components does not entitle the customer to use the Swarovski brand. This includes the prohibition
of descriptive brand use (e.g., embellished with crystals from Swarovski) in customer and consumer
communication.
If you would like to purchase Swarovski products, Swarovski wishes you to agree to those terms by accepting
the Swarovski Brand Control Agreement.
Approval to purchase loose Swarovski crystals will be restricted to end users only and must meet
the following requirements (updated):
must design or manufacture finished products;
must be a brand owner;
cannot be a reseller of loose components of any kind;
can be a nail artist, nail technician and nail salon utilizing crystals exclusively for the use on finished nail designs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Brand Control Agreement (BCA) and what are the conditions?
The Brand Control Agreement will allow approved customers to continue purchasing Swarovski crystals from authorized partners. However, this does not entitle them to use the Swarovski brand in any way when selling finished products embellished with Swarovski Crystals. In other words, the Brand Control Agreement can only be granted to companies, manufacturers, and designers who have their own brand, or to nail technicians/nail salons. These entities must understand that mentioning the Swarovski name in their marketing is strictly defined and forbidden.
Who can sign the BCA?
Only legal entities, manufacturers, and designers with their own brand, as well as nail technicians/nail salons, can qualify for the BCA. Private customers and resellers are not eligible for this agreement.
Where can I apply for the BCA?
The application form must be filed through an authorized Swarovski distributor. You can find this form on our website HERE.
How long should I wait for Swarovski's approval after applying for the BCA?
Every application will go through a brief review by us. After that we will forward the details to Swarovski for further review. Swarovski will contact the applicant in person with their decision. This entire process can take up for a few weeks.
I have applied for the BCA, and I am waiting for the final decision. Can I place my orders for Swarovski crystals in the meantime?
No, unfortunately not! Only already approved customers with GSK will be able to place the orders.
I have signed the BCA and got approved by Swarovski. What are the next steps?
You need to contact us with your GSK (Global Sourcing Key) for your continuous purchase of Swarovski crystals. Further instructions will be provided individually via email upon request.
I have signed a BCA and got a GSK, should I place my orders only though the supplier I got the BCA signed?
No! You can place your orders through any authorized supplier. You will need to provide your GSK (Global Sourcing Key) to each supplier.
When will I be able to buy Swarovski crystals from you after providing you my GSK?
It could take 2-3 business days for Swarovski to confirm to us that your GSK is valid. After receiving confirmation from Swarovski we will enable your account to purchase Swarovski products from us, and we will inform you about this by email.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) on Swarovski products for those who have a GSK?
No, there is no MOQ, and approved customers can place the orders in the quantities they require.
Is there an annual minimum order value limit for those who have a GSK?
No, there is no annual minimum order value limit.
I am a private customer, can I continue buying Swarovski crystals after the 1st of February on your website?
No, unfortunately not! Anyone who has not signed the BCA and does not have a GSK won‘t be able to continue buying Swarovski crystals after the 1st of February.
I am a private customer/reseller and I am not entitled to continue buying Swarovski items. What other alternatives do I have? Do you have any other high quality crystals that could be purchased without any restrictions?
